1) It is a good workout. Sex burns about 150 calories every half an hour of it. It will lower your cholesterol and improve breathing circulation.
2) You won't get sick. According to research if you have sex 1-2 times a week you are less likely to get sick.
3) You'll feel happier. You will feel a greater sense of well-being. Women who have more sex were clinically proven to be less depressed than women who don't have sex.
4) Makes you look better- [ problem is ugly people don`t get any ]. Sex releases hormones in your which make your skin and hair softer andshinier and tone your physic.
5) (The best reason) You will live longer. Studies prove that sex makes you live longer. Men whohad sex 1-2 times a week had half the death rateas those who did not indulge themselves at leastonce a month. It also makes you look younger. Ifyou have sex 3 times a week you may look up to10 years younger than you really are.

FLAT!!!!

Last night was crazy. I was all dressed ready to go out and hook up with my friends to go to this local club when I went to my car and I had a flat tire. Not just any flat. The kind of flat that you have to remove and put a spare on. Me, Tiffani Hart, put a spare on; I do not think so!!!! I am thinking to myself at this point, I don't give a damn about a flat I just want to go out and dance. Talk about priorities huh? So I called my dear friend Lovella who came out to pick me up and then drop me off at the club. She's such a good friend...I love her!!! Luckily I had another girlfriend who was also coming out with my group AND that lived right by me so she took me home.....Overall it was an okay night..Now I just have to change my flat...

SATURDAY NIGHT

Yesterday was our Employee Appreciation for work. My employers, which consists of about 12 doctors, sent us to this show at the Stardust Hotel. I organized the whole thing and the show-Havana Night-club-The Show was actually pretty good. If only I could understand it better since the show was mainly in Spanish. But I had major drama about 4 hours before the show. My friend, whom I love dearly and will not name, stood me up, so I had no one to go with. Who am I going to find at 1 in the afternoon on a SATURDAY in LAS VEGAS to go to some show. My friends always have plans and this was the last minute. Luckily my brother was in town and he went with me. My friend just gave some lame excuse about not being able to go because her family was in town. Normally I would not have cared but our work has this policy that if we invite someone we have to use the ticket if not then the money they spent on the ticket would be taken out of our paycheck. She of all people should understand since she use to work their with me or at least tried to help me find someone but she was off in her little world and I guess really didn't care. Thank food for brothers; they always come through. I will post a picture of me and one of the dancers from the show shortly. He is CALIENTE to me!!!
